摘要
本文叙述了近年来脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-gel)在隆乳术中的研究背景,概述脂肪干细胞胶的制备流程,并介绍其作用机制;将SVF-gel的临床应用进行系统阐述,并通过对脂肪干细胞胶、硅胶假体、富血小板血浆技术在隆乳术中的应用对比,进行归纳分析;对于未来SVF-gel的进一步应用以及研究方向进行探讨,提出展望。
In this paper,the research background of fat stem cell gel(SVF-GEL)in breast augmentation surgery in recent years was described,the preparation process of fat stem cell gel was summarized,and the mechanism of action was introduced.The clinical application of SVF-GEL was systematically described,and the application of fat stem cell gel,silicone prosthesis and platelet-rich plasma technology in augmentation mammoplasty was compared and analyzed.The further application and research direction of SVF-GEL in the future are discussed and the prospect is put forward.
