摘要 我国首批20所培养卓越小学教师的高等院校呈现出了区域类别、综合实力、培养方式、协同支撑等各有特色的差异格局。几年来,卓越小学教师培养计划的推进程度不同、推进效果各异,目前仍然面临着目标定位多样性冲突、课程教学陷入困境、实践教学难以落实以及协同培养机制断裂等诸多深层问题。只有遵循卓越性原则、适切性原则、精准性原则与协同性原则,才能真正理解卓越计划的精神内涵,创造性地执行卓越计划,进而保障卓越小学教师的培养质量。 The first 20 colleges and universities that cultivate outstanding primary school teachers in China present differences in regional categories,comprehensive strength,cultivating methods,collaborative support.In the past few years,the outstanding primary school teacher cultivating programs have been promoted in different degrees and effects.At present,they are still faced with many deep-seated problems,such as the conflict of target positioning diversity,the dilemma of curriculum teaching,the difficulty of practical teaching and the fracture of collaborative cultivating mechanism.Only by following the principles of outstandingness,appropriateness,precision and synergy,can we truly understand the spiritual connotation of the outstanding primary school teacher cultivating program,creatively implement the outstanding primary school teacher cultivating program,and then ensure the quality of the outstanding primary school teacher cultivating.
