摘要 朱小蔓先生开展情感教育理论研究与实践探索三十余年,在海内外产生了深远影响。青年时代下乡插队的经历,让她与农村和农村教育结下深厚的情缘。作为当代情感教育研究的开拓者和实践者,她从情感教育视角开展扎实的农村教育调研与重点课题项目研究,并形成其农村教育思想:农村学校要走多样化、专业化的发展道路;要从全纳教育理念出发,关怀有特殊需要农村儿童;要重视农村教师专业成长的内质性条件。这对我国当前农村教育发展有重要启迪:农村学校要警惕城市化发展倾向;要以全纳教育理念促进农村特殊需要儿童群体健康成长;农村教师培训要重视情感人文素质的培育。 Professor Zhu Xiaoman has done the theoretical research and practical exploration of affective education for more than 30 years,which has had a profound impact at home and abroad.Her experiences of working in the countryside in her youth made her develop a deep bond with the countryside and rural education.As a pioneer and practitioner of contemporary emotional education research,she has conducted the solid investigation of rural education,and done the key project research from the perspective of emotional education,and then formed her rural education thought,which can be concluded that rural schools should take a diversified and professional development path;that rural children with special needs should be cared for based on the concept of inclusive education;and that enough attention should be paid to the intrinsic conditions of rural teachers’professional growth.It has important enlightenment for the current rural education development in China.Rural schools should be alert to the tendency of urbanization development;the concept of inclusive education should be used to promote the healthy growth of children with special needs in rural areas;attention should be paid to the cultivation of emotional and humanistic quality in the rural teacher training.
