摘要
为了减少学生学习过程中消极情绪的影响,提高课堂教育教学的效果,咨询教学法应运而生。咨询教学法强调教师作为被咨询者的作用,注重安适学习环境的营造、学生思想情感的畅意表达以及不良情绪的排解。在教学主体观方面,咨询教学法提倡加强师生之间的互动,实现双主体协调;在教学环境观方面,注重营造氛围,优化教学环境;在教学实施观方面,强调全人教育,提倡合作。咨询教学法的目标在于引导学生接受学习,保障学生安心学习以及激励学生主动学习。咨询教学法对我国教育教学的启示:要转变教师角色,树立“三全育人”理念;要营造良好的教学环境,提高学生的心理安全感和融情度;要贯彻全人教育理念,促进学生身心健康发展。
In order to reduce the influence of students’ negative emotions in the process of learning and improve the effect of classroom education and teaching, counseling learning method has come into being. Counseling learning method emphasizes the role of teachers as counselors, pays attention to the construction of a comfortable learning environment, the free expression of students’ thoughts and emotions and the elimination of bad emotions, and improves the efficiency of classroom teaching. In terms of the concept of teaching subject, counseling learning method advocates strengthening the interaction between teachers and students to realize the coordination of double subjects;in terms of the concept of teaching environment, it pays attention to creating atmosphere and optimizing teaching environment;in terms of the concept of teaching implementation, it emphasizes holistic education, and advocates cooperation. The goal of counseling learning method is to guide students to accept learning, ensure students’ peace of mind and encourage students’ active learning. Counseling learning method provides the enlightenment for the education and teaching in China. We should change the role of teachers and establish the concept of “three complete educations”, create a good teaching environment and improve students’ sense of psychological security and emotional harmony, and implement the concept of holistic education and promote the healthy physical and mental development of students.
