胃肠道上皮样血管肉瘤3例临床病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 本组3例胃肠道上皮样血管肉瘤(EA)中1例为胃原发性EA,2例为小肠转移性EA,均为男性,发病年龄36~86岁。临床主要表现为腹部疼痛不适,进行性加重,伴黑便、贫血等。病理学改变:肿瘤细胞呈上皮样,排列呈片状、索条样及网状,局部可见血湖样区域,肿瘤细胞异型性明显,可见核仁及核分裂象。免疫组织化学染色3例均弥漫强阳性表达CD31、ERG、Fli-1、CD34,不同程度地表达细胞角蛋白。FISH检测C-MYC基因结果显示:2例小肠转移性EA为阳性,1例胃原发性EA为阴性。
