摘要
根据ASSURE模型,借助超星等线上教学平台,以学习宴会设计与管理课程的学生为研究对象,从分析学习群体特征、描述学习目标、筛选方法、媒介和资源、利用各种媒体与资源、强调学习对象交互、评价和完善六个方面进行教学设计,在实现教学设计从“内容导向”到“学习导向”转变的同时,有助于提升教师对教学媒体相关理论的认知水平,增强教师选择和使用教学媒体与技术的能力,改善师生互动,优化教学效果。
According to the ASSURE model, with the help of online teaching platform, such as super star platform design and management of the students to learn the party as the research object, from analyzing the characteristic of the learning community, learning objectives, screening methods described, media and resources, use a variety of media and resources, and emphasizes the learning object interaction, teaching design, evaluation and improvement of six aspects: the transformation of instructional design from "contentoriented" to "learning-oriented" will also help improve teachers’ cognitive level of theories related to instructional media, enhance their ability to choose and use instructional media and technologies, improve teacher-student interaction and optimize teaching effects.
