复杂工况下大跨度U形梁悬臂拼装关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 在大跨度连续梁的预制拼装中,通常采用桥面吊或大跨度架桥机进行悬臂拼装,前者要求桥下有足够的空间,后者要求架桥机3个支腿均支撑于桥墩墩顶。上海市轨道交通10号线上跨6号线的节点桥为40 m+75 m+40 m的预应力混凝土连续梁桥,采用U形+箱形结构断面。受周边条件限制,原有的悬臂拼装工艺可能无法实施,为此创造性地提出了大跨度连续梁的单T构悬臂拼装工艺及其技术,成功实现了精确合龙,做到了快速、准确、安全施工,可为其他类似桥梁提供参考。 In the prefabrication and assembly of long-span continuous beams,deck cranes or long-span bridge girder erection machines are usually used for cantilever assembly.The former requires sufficient space under the bridge,and the latter requires all three legs of the bridge erector to be supported on the top of the pier.The flyover bridge on the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10 is a 40+75+40 m prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge that spans the Rail Transit Line 6.which adopting the U+box structure section.Limited by the surrounding conditions,the cantilever assembly method cannot be used,hence a single large-span continuous girder is creatively proposed,successfully realizing precise closure,rapid,accurate and safe construction,which can provide a reference for other similar bridges.
