水环境下凝灰岩沥青混合料黏附性能研究 被引量:1

Adhesion Property of Tuff Asphalt Mixture in Aqueous Environment

摘要 为提高水环境下凝灰岩沥青混合料的黏附性能,以SUP25级配沥青混合料为研究对象,通过水煮法试验、老化前后冻融劈裂试验及浸水马歇尔试验评估不同外加剂对其黏附性能的改善效果,并结合相关路用性能试验进行验证。结果表明:掺2%含量消石灰后的凝灰岩沥青混合料效果最佳,其残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比能分别达到优质石灰岩混合料的97.2%和98.3%,相较于不掺外加剂凝灰岩试样分别提升21%和13.5%,且在老化作用下黏附耐久性要优于掺抗剥落剂凝灰岩沥青混合料性能。 In order to improve the adhesion property of tuff asphalt mixture in water environment,in this paper the SUP25 grade asphalt mixture is taken as the research object,the improvement effect of different admixtures on its adhesion property is evaluated through boiling test,freeze-thaw splitting test before and after aging and soaking Marshall test,and verification is carried out combining with relevant road performance test.The results show that:the tuff asphalt mixture mixed with 2%sluice lime has the best performance,the residual stability and the specific energy of freeze-thaw splitting strength respectively reach 97.2%and 98.3%of that of high-quality limestone mixture.Compared with the tuff sample without admixtures,the residual stability and the specific energy of freeze-thaw splitting strength increase by 21%and 13.5%respectively,and the adhesion durability is better than that of tuff asphalt mixture mixed with anti-stripping agent under aging.
