摘要
目的分析杭州市萧山区农药中毒的流行现状及特征,为农药中毒预防工作提供思路。方法使用2006年—2020年萧山区农药中毒数据库中农药中毒病例,描述农药中毒病例的流行病学特征,绘制萧山区农药中毒分布地图,使用热点分析的方法分析农药中毒的空间聚类。结果2006年—2020年萧山区农药中毒人数共1628例,其中男性786例,女性842例。2006年—2020年萧山区农药中毒人数呈现下降的趋势,8月—10月为农药中毒高发月份。非生产性自服农药中毒1141例,死亡44例,病死率为3.86%。非生产性自服农药中毒中有机磷农药中毒病例数显著下降,萧山区东北部地区的农药中毒人数较多且存在高值聚类的特性,中南部病死率较高。结论近年来杭州市萧山区农药中毒得到有效的控制,在农药中毒的高风险季节和区域,加强农药管控、精神卫生支持、农药合规使用培训等措施将有助于进一步预防农药中毒。
Objective The characteristics of pesticide poisoning in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City were analyzed to provide ideas for the prevention of pesticide poisoning.Methods The data of pesticide poisoning in Xiaoshan District from 2006 to2020 were used to describe the epidemiological characteristics of pesticide poisoning cases.The distribution of pesticide poisoning was mapped and the spatial clustering of pesticide poisoning was analyzed by hotspot analysis.Results A total of 1628cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Xiaoshan District from 2006 to 2020,including 786 male cases and 842 female cases.The number of pesticide poisoning showed a decreasing trend over time,and the high incidence of pesticide poisoning occurred from August to October.There were 1141 cases of unproductive self-administered pesticide poisoning,of which 44cases died,and the case fatality rate was 3.86%.The number of cases of self-administered pesticide poisoning caused by organophosphorus pesticides decreased significantly.There is a high value cluster of cases in the northeast,and the fatality rate is higher in the central and south of Xiaoshan District.Conclusion In recent years,pesticide poisoning has been effectively controlled in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou.In the high-risk season and high incidence area of pesticide poisoning,measures such as strengthening pesticide control,improving mental health support and increasing agricultural training will help to further prevent pesticide poisoning.
