国家政治符号在边境的传播与边民国家认同的建构

The Publicity of National Political Symbols in Borderlands and the National Identity Construction of Border Residents

国家政治符号在边境传播是构建合法性的有效工具,边境地区通过“政治现实符号化”和“政治符号日常化”的连接,使边民的国家认同在边民与国家政治符号体系的交流互动中建构起来。通过国家政治符号系统围绕“理想政治模式”在边境地区展开的合法性叙事,将以制度认同、政策认同、身份认同等方式构建边民的国家认同。边境H县国家政治符号传播的整体情况较好,党政领导和县级融媒体中心在思想上很重视国家政治符号的宣传工作,政治符号传播的场域较广,种类也较为丰富,县级融媒体中心在国家政治符号的宣传方面突出重点,该县边民对与自身切身利益相关的国家政治符号关注度和认可度较高,对中华民族和国民身份的认同度较强,能够较为自觉地捍卫国家利益,对祖国的繁荣富强认同感较高。当然也还存在一些问题,应从以下方面加以提升:拓展国家政治符号在边境传播的场域,创新传播的媒介与载体,充分利用边境地区爱国主义教育基地坚定边民的政治信仰,持续贯彻落实兴边富民政策增强边民的政策认同,增强基层治理效能为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定现实基础。

The publicity of national political symbols in borderlands is effective in constructing legitimacy.The border areas can make the national identity of border residents communicate with the national political symbol system by connecting“symbolization of political reality”to“routinization of political symbols”.Based on the national political symbol system with the“ideal political model”,the legitimacy narratives in borderlands will be used to construct the national identity of border residents by means of institutional identity,policy identity,and identity.The current spread of political symbols in a border county shows that leaders of the county party and government and its media center have attached great importance to the publicity work of national political symbols with a wide scope and great diversity.The converged media center at the county level has highlighted the key points in the publicity of national political symbols.The border residents in this county have a high degree of attention and recognition of national political symbols related to their own vital interests with high degrees of national identity both as Chinese and border residents,the consciousness of defending national interests,and the recognition of China’s prosperity and strengths.The following measures can be taken to solve the remaining problems:expand publicity scope of national political symbols in borderlands,innovate the communication medium and carriers,utilize patriotic education bases in borderlands to strengthen the political belief of border residents,continuously promote the policy identity of border residents by developing borderlands,and enhance the effectiveness of primary level governance to lay a realistic foundation for consolidating the sense of the community for the Chinese nation.
