摘要 近几年,省水船闸越来越多地在国内各个枢纽船闸工程中作为主要设计方案。省水船闸在高水头的山区河流地区具有降低工作水头、降低船闸耗水量、改善高水头船闸引航道内水流条件等优点。以巴江口船闸改扩能项目为例,针对省水形式选择、主体结构设计、布置尺寸、结构内力分析等问题,确定了结构形式并研究了结构的关键受力位置。采用有限元计算方法对比各个工况和主体结构,得出整体式省水船闸结构最薄弱的部位,并对应力较小的位置进行进一步结构优化。 In recent years, more and more water-saving ship locks have been used as the main design scheme in various domestic pivot ship lock projects. The water-saving ship locks have the advantages of reducing working head, reducing the water consumption of locks and improving the flow conditions in the approach channel of high head locks in the mountainous river areas with high head. In this paper, taking the capacity expansion project of Bajiangkou Ship Lock as an example, in view of the problems such as selection of water-saving form, the design of main structure, the layout size, and the analysis of internal force of the structure, the structural form is determined and the key stress position of the structure is studied. The finite element calculation method is used to compare the various working conditions and the main structures, and the weakest part of the integral water-saving ship lock structure can be drawn, and further structural optimization is carried out for the position with less stress.
