摘要
在化工过程中应用预测控制时,有必要对常规串级控制结构进行简化以缩短系统稳态调节时间。通过推导预测控制器的广义被控对象模型,实现了将常规串级控制转变为主变量单回路控制、副变量单回路控制,以串级CSTR为例进行了仿真对比,结果表明:简化串级结构可以减少系统稳态调节时间。
Considering the fact that in the chemical process control,simplifing the conventional cascade control structure becomes necessary to shorten system’s steady-state regulation time.Through deriving the generalized controlled object model of predictive controller,transforming the conventional cascade control into single loop control with main variable and single loop control with auxiliary variable was realized.The simulation comparison was carried out with cascade CSTR as an example to show that,the simplified cascade structure can reduce the steady-state regulation time of the system.
