摘要
针对乙炔加氢反应器这一分布参数系统中气体流动所致的温度时滞现象,利用空间集总化方法建立更接近实际生产的时滞精细化乙炔加氢反应器模型,发现根据原模型设计的PID控制器会造成时滞精细化模型输出振荡,因此在模型存在时滞的情况下通过增加积分时间改进控制器。仿真对比结果表明:改进后的控制器对时滞精细化模型有更好的控制性能。
Aiming at the temperature delay caused by gas flow in acetylene hydrogenation reactor,making use of spatial lumping method to establish a time-delay refined acetylene hydrogenation reactor model closer to the actual production was implemented to show that,the PID controller designed in original model may bring some output oscillation and improving the controller by increasing the integral time when the model has time delay becomes necessary.Simulation results show that,the improved controller has better control performance for the delay refinement model.
