摘要
针对市场上现有封口机在实际工程应用中的不足,设计了一款能够精确控制热封温度、压力、时间的适用于吨包装袋的气动封口机。通过在控制系统中设置高采样周期的数字温度控制器和铂电阻温度传感器,实现了对封口温度的精确控制,同时提出了借助涡流管冷却技术对加热带和封边进行快速冷却的方法。通过国内某大型聚酯项目对该系统进行的实际工程应用,确定了适用于吨包装袋的热封工艺参数。应用结果表明:设计的气动封口机能够有效保证封口质量和封口速度。
In view of the shortage of sealing machine in practical engineering application,a pneumatic sealer which accurately controls the temperature,pressure and the time and is suitable for ton-pack bags was designed.Through setting the digital temperature controller with high frequency sampling and platinum resistance temperature sensor in the control system,accurate control of sealing temperature can be realized.Meanwhile,a fast cooling method for heating tropical and sealing side by means of vortex tube cooling technology was proposed.The engineering application in a large polyester project demermining the proper process parameters in heating seal of the ton-pack bag shows that,the gas-driven sealing machine can effectively guarantee the sealing quantity and speed.
