摘要
针对建立的CFETR等离子体排灰气气体分析模拟实验装置取样点多、气体组分复杂、所需分析仪器种类不同及取样管道交叉分配等问题,提出多路巡检分析方法并设计控制系统。根据工艺流程的具体要求,所设计的多路巡检分析控制系统实现了联锁控制、顺序控制、参数设定、数据处理、数据显示与存储等功能。经过长期实验运行表明:该多路分析控制系统运行稳定可靠。
Considering the many sampling points,complex gas components,different types of analytical instrument and cross distribution of sampling pipes in CFETR plasma ash discharge gas analysis simulation experimental device,the multi-channel inspection analysis method was proposed and its control system was designed.The multi-channel inspection and analysis control system designed can realize the functions of interlocking control,sequence control,parameter setting,data processing,data display and storage as required of the process flow.The long-term experimental operation shows that,the multi-channel analysis and control system runs stably and reliably.
