摘要
针对传统打包机打包效率低、控制复杂及故障率高等问题,基于对自动打包机工艺流程的分析,提出应用PLC来设计控制系统,该系统利用STEP7来完成系统的硬件组态和程序设计。
Aiming at low packaging efficiency,complex control and high failure rate of traditional packers,having analysis of the process flow of auto-packer based to apply a PLC to optimizing the system was proposed.The system proposed employs STEP7 software to implement both hardware configuration and program design.
