“专业思政”是“课程思政”的深化和拓展,是高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要抓手.在成果导向(OBE)理念指引下,研究探索食品质量与安全专业“专业思政”的建设路径,通过构建专业核心价值体系、确定“专业思政”和“课程思政”路线、提升专业课教师思政教育能力和水平、遵循人才成长规律开展精准“专业思政”、构建三全“专业思政”育人格局,形成三全“专业思政”立体化育人体系,持续提升“专业思政”育人成效.
