华佗五禽戏与健身气功五禽戏的比较研究

Comparative study of Hua Tuo Wuqinxi and fitness Qigong Wuqinxi

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以华佗五禽戏与健身气功五禽戏为主要研究对象,通过对两者产生背景、文化归属及理论与实践现状的共性与个性进行分析解读。结果表明:华佗五禽戏与健身五禽戏具备相同历史文化背景,但在实践活动中呈现出传统文化与体育文化的差异性倾向。在这种差异性倾向的引导下使二者在理论研究与实践层面的开展出现明显分化。该分化在很大程度上制约了五禽戏的发展。五禽戏的诸多困境在传统文化领域是极具代表性的,以此为起点的研究对传统文化与民族传统体育等具有重要地借鉴价值,有助于提升传统文化的当代传播与话语权的构建。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper comparatively studies the generality and individuality of Hua Tuo Wuqinxi and Health Qigong Wuqinxi from their background, cultural ascription and the present situation of theory and practice, and gets the result that Hua Tuo’s Wuqinxi and fitness Wuqinxi have the same historical and cultural background, however, in practice, there is a tendency of difference between traditional culture and sports culture. Under the guidance of this difference tendency, there is a marked differentiation between the theoretical research and the practical development of their two, which restricted the development of Wuqinxi to great extent. The predicament of Wuqinxi is very representative in the field of traditional culture, and the research based on it has so important reference value for traditional culture and national traditional sports that is helpful to promote the construction of contemporary communication and the discourse right of traditional culture.
