困境与超越:“双减”政策背景下学校体育发展思路研究 被引量:6

摘要 “双减”政策的颁布从根本上释放了学生的压力,进一步巩固了学校教育的主体地位,学校体育作为教育不可或缺的重要环节,对学生的成长有着无法替代的作用。通过文献资料法,对“双减”政策背景下学校体育发展的困境以及路径抉择进行研究。结果表明:新时代学校体育发展存在着资源供需失衡,学校体育“家校社”共育意识不足,以及学校体育德育价值意识淡薄和学校体育发展不平衡、不充分等问题。为此需各方协同共治,从学校体育基础资源供需出发,完善政策补给,构建多元化的治理体系,促进学校体育长期稳固发展。 The promulgation of the“double reduction”policy has released the pressure of students fundamentally,and further consolidated the subject status of school education. School physical education, as an indispensable and important link of education, has an irreplaceable role in the growth of students. By means of literature, this paper studies the dilemma and path choice of school physical education development under the background of“double reduction”policy, and gets the result that in the new era, there are some problems in the development of school physical education, such as the imbalance of supply and demand of resources, the lack of co-education consciousness of school physical education, the weak sense of moral education value and the imbalance and inadequacy of school physical education. Therefore, it is necessary for all parts to work together to improve the policy supply and demand of basic resources of school physical education, build a diversified governance system,and promote the long-term stable development of school physical education.
