摘要
为促进我国的节能减排以及经济高质量发展,文章分析我国沿海地区绿色技术创新与能源利用效率的关系,并通过中介变量分析二者之间的内在传导机制,在此基础上提出对策建议。研究结果表明:绿色技术创新能够提高能源利用效率,但二者之间存在门槛效应,当越过门槛值时绿色技术创新对能源利用效率的提高作用有所减弱;产业结构、城市化水平和信息化水平是绿色技术创新提高能源利用效率的中介传导因素;未来我国应进一步完善生态文明顶层设计、优化产业结构和布局、合理控制城镇和人口规模以及以信息化带动工业化发展。
In order to promote China′s energy conservation and emission reduction and advance high-quality economic development,this paper analyzed the relationship between green technology innovation and energy efficiency in China′s coastal areas,empirical test the internal transmission mechanism between them through intermediary variables,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results showed that green technology innovation could improve energy efficiency,but there was a threshold effect between them.When the threshold was crossed,the effect of green technology innovation on energy efficiency was weakened.Industrial structure,urbanization level and informatization level were the intermediary transmission factors of green technology innovation to improve energy efficiency.In the future,China should further improve the top-level design of ecological civilization,optimize the industrial structure and layout,reasonably control the scale of cities and towns and population,and drive the development of industrialization with informatization.
