清喉解毒散联合放血疗法治疗急性乳蛾临床研究

Clinical Study on Throat-Clearing and Toxin-Removing Powder Combined with Blood-Letting Therapy in the Treatment of Acute Tonsillitis

目的:观察自拟清喉解毒散联合放血疗法治疗急性乳蛾的临床疗效。方法:将80例急性乳蛾患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟清喉解毒散联合放血疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间;检测两组患者治疗前后白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-C reactive protein,hs-CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平。结果:对照组有效率为70.0%,观察组有效率为92.5%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后WBC、IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT及ESR水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发例数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清喉解毒散联合放血疗法治疗急性乳蛾,可改善患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子、降钙素原、血沉等水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-Made Throat-Clearing and Toxin-Removing Powder combined with blood-letting therapy on acute tonsillitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Self-Made Throat-Clearing and Toxin-Removing Powder combined with blood-letting therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.The levels of white blood cell(WBC),hs-C reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 70.0%in the control group and 92.5%in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,IL-6,hs-CRP,PCT and ESR in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of recurrence cases in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-Made Throat-Clearing and Toxin-Removing Powder combined with blood-letting therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,procalcitonin and ESR.
