摘要 为厘清灰分在线检测对选煤智能化建设的作用,在解读国家、行业相关政策的基础上,从智能化选煤厂建设目标、传统灰分检测存在的问题、灰分在线检测技术及设备研发、选煤生产组织原则、选煤产品质量智能决策五个方面展开了论述,明确了智能化选煤厂建设的最终目标实际上是为最大产率原则服务;指出灰分检测结果严重滞后于生产是制约选煤厂产品质量控制的瓶颈;基于灰分在线检测技术现状,提出了灰分在线检测设备研发需考虑的问题;分析了选煤生产组织中的最大产率原则及实现条件;阐述了选煤产品质量智能决策的组成要素、控制对象、控制策略和目标。通过关联性分析,得出灰分在线检测是选煤智能化建设的必要条件,但不是充分条件,并提出了夯实选煤智能化建设基础的几点建议。 In order to bring to light the role played by online ash monitoring in development of intelligent coal preparation plant, based on the interpretation and understanding of the relevant national and industrial policies, the paper elaborates on the following five aspects: the goals set for the development of intelligent coal preparation plant, the problems encountered in online ash monitoring operations, the online ash monitoring technologies currently available and research and development of related equipment, the organizational principle of coal cleaning operations, and intelligent decision-making in clean coal product quality control. It is clearly defined that the ultimate objective for the development of smart coal preparation plant is in compliance with the principle of obtaining a maximum yield of clean coal products. It is pointed out that the long delay of the obtainment of measured ash result that fails to keep pace with the process of coal cleaning operations is a bottleneck restricting the better control of quality of online ash monitoring technologies currently applied, the points which need to be considered in the R & D of such kinds of equipment are proposed. Following an analysis of the principle for achieving maximum yield of products and the requisites for reaching the goal, the paper goes to elaborate on the essential make-up elements of the decision-making in clean coal product quality control, as well as the controlled objects, control strategy and control targets. Result of correlation analysis indicates that online ash monitoring is a necessary yet an inadequate condition for the development of an intelligent coal preparation plant. Finally, several suggestions for laying a solid foundation for the construction of an smart plant are put forward.
