Application of the MES system in coal preparation plant equipment management

针对选煤厂机电设备种类多、数量多,涉及的维修、润滑、零配件更换等业务非常繁杂,传统的人工管理手段难以保证面面俱到、不遗漏的问题,骆驼山选煤厂在借鉴同行经验和自身生产需求的基础上,定制开发了MES系统,该系统功能涵盖设备台账管理、设备维护管理、零配件管理、特种设备检验检定等,满足了厂内机电设备管理的需要,提高了管理水平,为选煤厂智能化建设奠定了基础。

Due to the great variety and quantity of both mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plant,the maintenance,lubrication,replacement of spare parts and other jobs involved are very complex in nature,making it impossible for the traditional manual management means to attend to each and every aspect.To address this issue,the customized MES equipment management system is developed by Luotuoshan Coal Preparation Plant by reference to the experience of its counterparts and in line with the plant's specific requirements.The function of the system covers equipment accounting and maintenance management,spare parts management,and inspection and examination of special equipment.Practice shows its use can meet the requirement for improvement of in-plant electromechanical equipment management level and lay a foundation for turning the plant into a smart one.
