摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备抗静电苯乙烯类热塑性体TPE胶粒,通过添加不同抗静电剂含量、碳酸钙含量和体系熔体流动性快慢研究TPE材料的表面电阻率和力学性能,并且成功制备出抗静电及力学性能良好和易加工成型的弹性体材料,性价比高,可实现永久性抗静电要求。制得的抗静电TPE材料可应用于机器人扫地机抗静电脚轮、电子仪器外表包胶和无尘车间弹性体制品等。
Antistatic styrene thermoplastic TPE particles were prepared by melt blending in twin-screw extruder.The surface resistivity and mechanical properties of TPE materials were studied by adding different antistatic agent content,calcium carbonate content and melt fluidity.And an elastomer material with good antistatic and mechanical properties and easy to process and form was successfully prepared,which was cost-effective and can achieve permanent antistatic requirements.The anti-static TPE material can be applied to the anti-static casters of robot sweepers,the surface coating of electronic instruments and elastomer products in dust-free workshops.
