降低FCC烟气脱硫高盐水硝酸盐的研究分析

摘要 在采用LoTO_(x)臭氧氧化脱硝+EDV湿法脱硫除尘的完全再生FCC装置,通过试验极限调变脱硝臭氧量,以考察装置烟气脱硫高盐水中硝酸盐浓度的变化规律,摸索研究装置烟气NO_(x)及外排高盐水中硝酸盐超低近零排放的可行性途径。结果表明:装置O_(3)/NO摩尔比在1左右臭氧脱硝效率可达到90%左右,O_(3)/NO摩尔比在0.2左右时臭氧仍可实现48%左右的脱硝效率;臭氧量由60 kg/h降至0 kg/h,烟脱外排高盐水中硝酸盐占硫酸盐比例由1.063%下降至0.33%,硝酸盐占比基本下降至近零水平。 In the fully regenerated FCC unit using LoTO_(x) ozone oxidation denitration+EDV wet desulfurization and dust removal,through adjusting the deodorization oxygen through the test limit,the variation law of nitrate concentration in high brine of flue gas desulfurization unit was investigated,the feasible way of ultra-low and near zero emission of NO_(x) in flue gas and nitrate in high brine was explored and studied.The results showed that O_(3)/NO molar ratio of the unit was about 1,and the ozone denitration efficiency can reach about 90%,when the molar ratio of O_(3)/NO was about 0.2,ozone can still achieve denitration efficiency of about 48%.The amount of ozone decreased from 60 kg/h to 0 kg/h,the proportion of nitrate in sulfate in high brine discharged from flue gas desulfurization decreased from 1.063%to 0.33%,the proportion of nitrate basically decreased to near zero.
