摘要
主要介绍了延迟焦化装置中以凝结水部分代替1.0 MPa蒸汽混合进入焦炭塔以水代汽冷焦的工艺。增设SS型雾化器,采用了先进可编程逻辑控制系统(PLC),在1.0 MPa蒸汽进入焦炭塔的管线前引入凝结水线,雾化均匀后再进入焦炭塔内。技术改造后的运行结果表明:“水代汽”操作不仅提高了焦炭塔塔壁温度下降速率,且对石油焦质量也未产生明显影响,单次大吹汽操作可以节省1.0 MPa蒸汽12.5 t,每年可以产生的经济效益达到39万元。
The process of cooling coke with mixed condensed water and steam in the delayed coking unit,the mixture used condensed water instead of 1.0 MPa steam partly was introduced.SS type nebulizer and advanced programmable logic control system(PLC)were adopted.The condensate line was introduced before 1.0 MPa steam entered the pipeline of the coke drum,and then entered the coke drum after atomization was uniform.The operation results after the technical transformation showed that the operation of“condensed water steam replacement”not only increased the temperature drop rate of coke tower wall,but also had no obvious influence on the quality of petroleum coke.Each large steam blowing operation can save 12.5 t of 1.0 MPa steam,and the annual economic benefit can reach 390000 yuan.
