摘要
在含苯有机物进行硝酸成盐反应时,利用微小流量调节阀、微小流量电磁流量计组成硝酸滴加闭环控制回路,稳定硝酸滴加流量,从而间接控制釜内温度。在生产过程中发现,仅仅设定高温报警并联锁切断滴加阀门依然存在快速升温的安全隐患,因此根据反应时的数据,重新设计了以检测升温斜率和釜内温度相结合的控制方式,取得良好效果,极大的提升了生产安全。
The closed-loop control system of nitric acid dropping is composed of micro flow control valve and micro flow electromagnetic flowmeter to stabilize the flow rate of nitric acid dropping and indirectly control the temperature in the kettle.In the production process,it is found that only setting high temperature alarm and interlock to cut off the dropping valve still has the potential safety hazard of rapid temperature rise.Therefore,according to the data of reaction time,the control mode combining detection of temperature rise slope and kettle temperature is redesigned,which achieves good results and greatly improves the production safety.
