Study on Laboratory Safety Management System of University at the College Level

探索和研究科学合理的实验室安全管理体系,对确保实验室安全运行、提高科研效率尤为重要。结合天津大学材料科学与工程学院多年来在安全管理方面的实践经验,提出在实验室安全管理方面建设一套更加科学、更加细致、更加严格的安全保障体系,从组织体系、制度体系、教育体系、实践体系等方面进行全面建设,在做好学院各级领导安全巡查工作的同时,也实现了全体师生安全培训工作的全面覆盖,以提高学院师生的安全意识和安全防护能力,并牢固树立“安全第一”理念。

Exploring and formulating a scientific and rational laboratory safety management system of materials discipline is especially important for ensuring the safe operation of laboratories and improving the efficiency of scientific research.Combining with the practical experiences of safety management in School of Materials Science and Engineering,Tianjin University,a scientific,meticulous and strict safety guarantee system in laboratory safety management was established,carrying out comprehensive construction from organizational system,institutional system,education system and practical system.In addition,while doing a good job in the safety inspection of laboratories at all levels,it is also essential to achieve the goal to comprehensively carry out safety training for all teachers and students to improve the safety awareness and protection capability,and firmly establish the concept of“people-oriented,life first,safety first”.
