摘要 食品化学与分析是一门以多学科理论知识为基础并具有发展性和前沿性的交叉性学科,该课程与日常生活相关并蕴含哲学理念。结合当今新时代高校思政教育的新思路,本文将课程思政教育融入至《食品化学与分析》的教学过程中。以专业知识为载体,剖析食品化学与分析课程思政的切合点,探索将爱国情怀、民族文化自信、认真的工作态度、强烈的社会责任心及科研创新精神等思想融合于课程中,为食品化学与分析领域课程思政教育工作提供借鉴。 Food Chemistry and Analysis is a developmental and cutting-edge interdisciplinary subject based on multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge.The teaching content of this course is closely related to daily life and contains philosophical ideas.Combining the new ideas of ideological and political education in universities,the curriculum ideological and political education was integrated into the teaching process of Food Chemistry and Analysis to improve students’ideological and political level.Taking professional knowledge as the carrier,the matching points of ideological and political education in Food Chemistry and Analysis was analyzed.
