《生物信息学》课程的跨学科教学模式探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 生物信息学是21世纪生命科学和医学领域最重要的学科之一,是包含了分子生物学、计算机科学、生物统计学等研究方向的多学科交叉研究领域.针对《生物信息学》课程跨学科的特点,以及生物技术专业学生在学习过程中存在的计算机技术、统计学等非本专业知识薄弱的问题,笔者在教学过程中通过跨学科教学模式的构建,完成对生物信息学教学进行改革的探索与实践.主要采取建立具备多学科知识背景的教学团队、改革教学内容和课程结构设计、改革学习效果检验与评价方式、融入课程思政元素等措施,培养学生对生物信息学的兴趣,加深其对知识点的认知和了解.实践证明,本教学改革的实施,能够充分调动学生对生物信息学的兴趣,提高了学生对知识的掌握程度及对学科前沿的把握. Bioinformatics as one of the most important branches of the modern biology is a typical inter-discipline composed of molecular biology, genetics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics,computer science and biostatistics. The subject bioinformatics focuses on the frontier disciplines and vocational knowledge for all the above-mentioned subjects. A sound understanding of bioinformatics is essential for students who are engaged in research or industrial work in the above disciplines. The challenges associated with bioinformatic learning are the lack of knowledge base of computer technology and biostatistics. By building up a teaching team with cross-discipline background, reforming the content and structure of the subject, reforming the inspection and evaluation methods, and integrating with ideological and political theories teaching in course,teaching reform was introduced in teaching bioinformatics. The implementation of the teaching reformation of the subject bioinformatics is helpful to guide students in developing interests and understanding on bioinformatics.
