自贸区法治化营商环境对俄贸易法律纠纷解决机制探析——以黑龙江省黑河市为例

On the Mechanism of Settling Legal Trade Disputes with Russia in Law-Based Business Eof Free Trade Zone——A Case Study of Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province

国务院批准设立的黑龙江省自贸试验区,给我国对俄的经贸合作带来了新的助力,能够促进两国投资增长,推动中俄贸易结构的优化,但也面临着诸多挑战。两国商事主体发生法律纠纷原因较多,应通过中俄之间密切协商,建立合理的法律纠纷解决机制,打造高质量、高标准的自贸试验区,促进中俄边境自贸区建设和国际贸易合作发展,开创黑龙江对俄贸易的新局面。

The establishment of Heilongjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone approved by The State Council has brought new impetus to China’s economic and trade cooperation with Russia,which can promote the growth of investment between the two countries and promote the optimization of Sino-Russian trade structure;however,it faces many challenges as well.There are many reasons for legal disputes between business entities of the two countries.We should establish a reasonable legal mechanism for settling the dispute through close consultation,build a high-quality and high-standard pilot free trade zone,promote the construction of china-Russia border free trade zone and international trade cooperation and development,and open up a new situation in Heilongjiang-Russia trade.
