应试教育背景下卓越教师的关怀伦理养成

On Training Excellent Teachers’Ethics of Caring in the Context of Exam-Oriented Education

摘要 由于传统观念的影响和工作竞争的加剧,社会的压力传导给教育,应试教育无法拨开,甚至愈演愈烈。学生尤其是中小学生背负着沉重的学习包袱,家长被迫卷入并参与造就了课外辅导的狂潮,中小学教师也无法摆脱以学生考分论英雄的魔咒。教师专业伦理是卓越教师不可或缺的职业要求,关怀伦理又是教师专业伦理中至关重要的组成部分。教师必须加强自我修养,提高关怀能力,以唤起学生的情感共鸣,培养充满人性光辉的社会主义接班人。 Due to the influence of traditional ideas and the intensification of job competition,the pressure of the society is transmitted to education,which makes examination-oriented education increasingly fi erce.The majority of students,especially primary and middle school students,are under heavy burden of study.Parents are forced to get involved and participate in the frenzy of extracurricular tutoring.Primary and secondary school teachers cannot get rid of the shackles of test scores.For cultivating the socialist successors with humanity,teachers must strengthen self-cultivation,improve caring ability,and arouse students’emotional resonance.
