重庆市某区社区医院科研现状及影响因素分析

A Survey on the Research Status of Community Hospital and Influencing Factors Analysis in a District of Chongqing

目的了解重庆市某区社区医院的科研产出与科研意愿现状,为促进社区医院科研发展提供相应对策。方法整群抽取重庆市某区11所社区医院的558名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷503份,有效率为90.14%。近5年,调查对象中共有21人(家庭医生为16人)以第一作者或通信作者的身份发表过科研论文,发表科研论文66篇,含7篇SCI论文和26篇核心期刊论文。调查对象中,有8人(家庭医生为6人)获得过科研项目,209人(41.55%)表示愿意从事科研工作。Logistic回归分析显示,学历、职称是影响社区医院科研产出的主要因素,而年龄、学历、职称、承担家庭医生签约服务是影响其科研意愿的主要因素。结论重庆市某区社区医院的科研产出较低,家庭医生是社区医院科研工作的主要力量,社区医务人员开展科研工作意愿度较高。

Objective To investigate the status of research output and willingness of community hospitals in Chongqing,and to provide corresponding countermeasures for promoting the scientific research development of community hospitals.Methods A total of 558 medical staff were selected randomly from 11 community hospitals in a district of Chongqing and were conducted a questionnaire survey.Results A total of 503 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective rate was 90.14%.In the past five years,a total of 21 respondents(including 16 family doctors)had published 66 scientific research papers as the first/corresponding author,including 7 SCI papers and 26 core journal papers.A total of 8 respondents(including 6 family doctors)had obtained scientific research project.A total of 209 respondents(41.55%)were willing to engage in scientific research.Logistic regression analysis showed that education and professional title were the main factors affecting the output of scientific research achievements in community hospital.Age,professional title,and contract service of family doctor were the main factors affecting their research willingness.Conclusion The output of scientific research of community hospitals in a district of Chongqing is low,and family doctors are the main force of scientific research in community hospitals,but the willingness of medical staff to carry out scientific research is high.
