上海某高校大学生对新冠疫苗的认知与接种情况

Investigation on Students’Status of Cognition and Vaccination of COVID-19 Vaccines in An University in Shanghai

目的了解上海某高校大学生对于新冠疫苗的认知和接种情况。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,于2021年4-7月,通过“问卷星”网页版对301名大学生进行问卷调查,并对调研数据进行单因素χ^(2)检验和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果大学生对新冠疫苗的知晓率为83.39%,接种率为68.44%。大学生了解疫苗的主要途径为网络(89.62%)和学校(68.40%),对灭活疫苗的了解最多(77.74%)。多因素回归分析显示:不同性别、年龄和学历的学生对疫苗认知度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄和学历对大学生疫苗的接种率有显著性影响;≥20岁大学生的疫苗接种率是≤19岁的1.922倍(95%CI:0.304-0.829,P=0.007);本科及以上学历学生的疫苗接种率是专科学历的2.245倍(95%CI:1.027-4.909,P=0.029)。结论该高校大学生对于新冠疫苗的认知度总体高,接种疫苗较积极,但对疫苗的认知不全面;本科及以上学历和≥20岁人群的接种率较高。应对该高校大学生进行系统的新冠疫苗健康教育。

Objective To investigate students’status of cognition and vaccination of COVID-19vaccines and willingness in a university in Shanghai.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 301 students in the university for online survey through Questionnaire Star APP from April to July,2021,and the survey data were subjected to chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The awareness rate of COVID-19 vaccine among college students was 83.39%,and the vaccination rate was 68.44%.The main ways for college students to understand the vaccine were network(89.62%)and school(68.40%),and they knew the most about inactivated vaccine(77.74%).Multivariate regression analysis showed that there was no significant difference in vaccine cognition among students of different gender,age and educational background(P>0.05);different ages and educational backgrounds had significant effects on the vaccination rate of college students;the vaccination rate of college students aged≥20 years was 1.922 times that of college students aged≤19 years(95%CI:0.304-0.829,P=0.007);the vaccination rate of students with bachelor degree or above was 2.245 times higher than that of students with college degree(95%CI:1.027-4.909,P=0.029).Conclusion The awareness rate and the vaccination rate of the COVID-19 vaccines were high in the survey of national students in the university.The students’awareness of COVID-19 vaccines in the university was incomplete.The students with bachelor’s degree or above and over 20 years old were more willing to vaccination.Systematic health education about COVID-19vaccines should be arranged to students in the university.
