上海远郊60岁以上人群高血压合并糖尿病影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Hypertension and Diabetes in the Elderly Over 60 Years Old in the Suburbs of Shanghai

目的分析上海远郊农村地区60岁以上老年人高血压合并糖尿病的影响因素。方法选取2021年自愿参与本社区健康体检的老年人的健康体检结果,对9488份有效数据进行统计和分析。结果在9488例老年人中,高血压合并糖尿病患病率为14.21%,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄70-79岁(OR=1.192,95%CI:1.051-1.352)、超重(OR=1.333,95%CI:1.161-1.530)、肥胖(OR=1.309,95%CI:1.087-1.575)、TG升高(OR=1.296,95%CI:1.134-1.482)、HDL-C降低(OR=1.231,95%CI:1.033-1.467)、脂肪肝(OR=2.284,95%CI:1.994-2.617)是老年人高血压合并糖尿病的危险因素。结论应进一步重视70-79岁、超重肥胖、患有脂肪肝、检测TG升高和HDL-C降低的老年人的健康干预,提倡健康的生活方式,倡导合理膳食、规律适量运动,提高老年人健康素养以及自我保健意识,降低老年人高血压合并糖尿病的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the rural elderly over 60 years old in the suburbs of Shanghai.Methods A total of 9488 valid data of the elderly who voluntarily participated in the physical examination in the community in 2021 were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 9488 elderly people,the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes was 14.21%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age was 70 to 79(OR=1.192,95%CI:1.051to 1.352),overweight(OR=1.333,95%CI:1.161 to 1.530),obesity(OR=1.309,95%CI:1.087 to 1.575),TG increased(OR=1.296,95%CI:1.134 to 1.482),HDL-C decreased(OR=1.231,95%CI:1.033 to 1.467),and fatty liver(OR=2.284,95%CI:1.994 to 2.617)were the risk factors for hypertension and diabetes in the elderly.Conclusion Be payed more attention to the health intervention of 70-79,overweight and obese,fatty liver,detection of elevated TG and HDL-C reduction,promote healthy lifestyle,advocate reasonable diet,regular exercise,improve the health literacy and self-care awareness of the elderly,reduce the incidence of hypertension and diabetes in elderly patients,and improve their quality of life.
