社区家庭访视对心血管疾病高危人群的效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Family Visit of High Risk Groups of Cardiovascular Disease in Dachang Community of Baoshan District

目的探讨社区家庭访视对于改善社区心血管疾病高危人群健康知识以及健康行为的效果。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法在社区选取100名具有心血管危险因素的居民作为研究对象,干预组和对照组各50名。对照组采用常规健康教育的方式,干预组在常规健康教育方式的基础上,进行6个月的家庭访视,比较两组对象的干预效果。结果与对照组相比,干预组在相关知识知晓率、行为改变率及相关指标方面均改善(P<0.05),但对于舒张压两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭访视可提高社区心血管高危人群的健康知识和健康责任感,促进其行为的改变,改善其不良生活习惯,降低心血管疾病的发病率。

Objective To explore the effect of community family visit on improving health knowledge and health behavior of people at high risk of cardiovascular disease in community.Methods A total of 100 people with cardiovascular risk factors were selected in the community by cluster random sampling,50 in the intervention group and 50 in the control group.The control group was given routine health education,and the intervention group conducted a 6-month family visit on the basis of routine health education to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the awareness rate of relevant knowledge,behavior change rate and related indicators between the two groups,except diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion Family visit can improve the health knowledge and responsibility of the high-risk population in the community,promote their behavior changes,improve their unhealthy habits and habits,and reduce the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases.
