2016—2020年三明市尤溪县糖尿病用药情况分析

Analysis of Diabetes Medication in Youxi County of Sanming City in 2016-2020

目的分析福建省三明市尤溪县慢性病处方的合理性,了解尤溪县糖尿病患者的用药结构及药品利用情况。方法基于尤溪县2016-2020年两家医疗机构的采购清单和门诊处方,采取用药频度、限定日费用及排序比等指标分析糖尿病药物使用情况。结果约27.18%的患者在糖尿病治疗中使用胰岛素,胰岛素的使用频度在所有药品中位于前三,年均用药频度增长率为10%,α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂中阿卡波糖在2016年与磺脲类、双胍类药品相比使用频度并不高,位于第六位,但是自2017年开始使用频度一直位于榜首,年均用药频度增长率为393.54%。结论尤溪县2016—2020年糖尿病药物整体用药结构趋于平稳且合理,但用药方案有待进一步优化。

Objective To analyze the rationality of prescriptions for chronic diseases in Youxi County of Sanming City in Fujian,and to understand the structure of drug use and the utilization of drugs in diabetic patients in Youxi county.Methods Based on the purchase checklist and outpatient prescriptions of two medical institutions in Youxi County in 2016-2020,DDDs,defined daily costs and ranking ratios were used to analyze the use of diabetes drugs.Results About 27.18%of the patients used insulin in the treatment of diabetes,and the frequency of insulin usage was the top three among all drugs.The annual DDDs growth rate was 10%.Theα-glucosidase inhibitors,acarbose was not used frequently in 2016 compared with sulfonylureas and biguanides,ranking sixth.However,since 2017,acarbose has been used at the top of the list,with an average annual DDDs growth rate of 393.54%.Conclusion The overall structure of diabetes drugs in Youxi county from 2016 to 2020 is stable and reasonable,but the medication plan needs further optimization.
