硫化镍复合碳纳米纤维的制备及其电催化析氢性能

摘要 为提高硫化镍材料的电催化析氢性能,采用静电纺丝、碳化和硫化相结合的方法,制备了NiS纳米颗粒负载于碳纳米纤维的复合材料(NiS@CNFs),并利用多种表征技术分析该复合材料的组成和结构。研究发现:当硫化反应温度为700℃时,所制备的NiS@CNFs具有最佳的电催化析氢性能,产生10 mA/cm^(2)的催化电流密度仅需220 mV的过电势。结果表明NiS纳米颗粒与碳纳米纤维的协同效应有利于提高催化剂的电催化析氢性能。 In order to enhance the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance of nickel sulfide materials,a composite material(NiS@CNFs)where NiS nanoparticles are loaded on carbon nanofibers was prepared by combining electrospinning,carbonization and sulfurization processes.The composition and structure of the as-prepared NiS@CNFs was analyzed by various characterization techniques.The study found that the NiS@CNFs exhibited optimal electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance when the sulfidation reaction temperature was 700℃,and a catalytic current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) could be generated by an overpotential of 220 mV.The study revealed that the synergy between NiS nanoparticles and CNFs can help enhance the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance of the catalyst.
