黑米花青素对丝绸的染色及其抗紫外线性能 被引量:2

摘要 为有效利用天然染料资源,以黑米为原料提取花青素,探讨了pH值对黑米花青素吸收光谱的影响。采用该花青素对桑蚕丝绸进行染色,研究染浴pH值及后媒处理对试样染色性能及抗紫外线性能的影响。结果表明:黑米花青素在较低pH值下具有良好的显色性能及对丝绸的染色性能,染色试样的抗紫外线性能随pH值降低而提高;媒染剂对丝绸的色调及抗紫外性能有显著影响。 In order to make effective use of natural dye resources,anthocyanins were extracted from the raw material of black rice,and the effects of pH value on anthocyanin absorption spectra were analyzed.Then mulberry silk was dyed with the anthocyanins to investigate the impact of dye bath pH value and post-mordanting on the dyeing performance and anti-ultraviolet properties of the dyed silk samples.The results indicated that the black rice anthocyanin exhibits good color display behavior and excellent silk dyeing performance at lower pH value.The anti-ultraviolet properties of dyed silk samples increased with the decrease of pH value.Mordant is proved to have a significant effect on the color hue and anti-ultraviolet property of the dyed silk fabrics.
