摘要
发轫于美国的技治主义历经百年流变依然极富理论魅力。技治主义思潮带来了提倡科学管理与专家政治的新启蒙,冲破了落后蒙昧的社会格局,但同时也因其政治合理性的缺陷、唯科学主义的倾向以及潜藏的伦理价值风险等招致了不少质疑与批判。在当前数字技术蓬勃兴盛的时代背景下,丰富多样的技治实践不断涌现,学术界对于数字技术治理的追捧使得技治主义研究再掀热潮。展望未来,应该继续借鉴技治主义的理论智慧,挖掘其当代价值,放大技术优势,为我国的技术治理提供有益指导。
The technocracy which origins from America is still full of theoretical charm after hundreds of years development.Technocracy brings about enlightenment of scientific management and expert politics,it also breaks through backward and ignorant social pattern,however,technocracy incurs lots of doubts and criticism for its defects of political legitimacy,the tendency of scientism,the hidden ethical risks and other shortcomings.In the context of the current prosperity of digital technology,a variety of technological governance practices continue to emerge,and the academia's enthusiasm for digital technology makes the relevant research popular again.Looking forward to the future,it is reasonable to learn from the theoretical wisdom of technocracy,find out its contemporary value and amplify technological advantages,so as to offer helpful guidance to China.
