摘要
本文结合公共外交、公共事务、国际广播、心理作战4个方面,对美国在阿富汗进行的“战略传播”实践进行系统研究,总结其失利的道义弱势、协调不一、缺乏评估等内因、外因,为有效建构我国的“战略传播”体系提供理论和实践反思。
In combination with public diplomacy,public affairs,international broadcasting and psychological warfare,this paper makes a systematic study of the practice of“Strategic Communication”carried out by the United States in Afghanistan,thus,it summarizes the internal and external causes of its failure,such as moral weakness,inconsistent coordination and lack of evaluation,and provides theoretical and practical rethink for the effective construction of China's“Strategic Communication”system.
