部队机动投送计划选择的多属性决策模型及求解

摘要 部队机动投送计划选择影响着机动投送行动实施的效果,运用评估标准能够将定性和定量的方法结合,比较出多个计划的优缺点,为决策提供方便。综合考虑部队机动投送任务要求,选择投送持续时间、投送风险、投送便捷性、投送成本四个因素作为部队机动投送计划选择的评价指标,建立多属性决策模型,并运用信息熵权法确定属性权重,采用ELECTRE-I算法进行求解,为部队机动投送计划最优选择提供参考依据。 Selection of the army's mobile projection plan affects the effectiveness of the action implementation,the advantages and disadvantages of multiple plans were compared through the evaluation criteria using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,which provides convenience for decision-making.Considering the requirements of army's mobile projection mission,this paper selects the four factors of projection,which are duration time、risk、convenience and cost,as the evaluation indexes to choose the army's mobile projection plan and establish the multi-attribute model,the entropy weight method and ELECTRE-I algorithm are used to determine the attribute weight and solve the problem,sequentially.The model and the solution method could provide reference for the optimal selection of the army's mobile projection plan.
