摘要
由于盾构施工场地地处市区繁华地段,周边建筑物密集,盾构始发所需土建结构无法按照正常始发需求施作。为了保证盾构的顺利始发及正常掘进施工,在有限始发条件下需将盾构分体始发方案调整到最优。结合北京地铁19号线牛街站-金融街站区间盾构施工,根据施工现场及土建结构提前制定盾构分体始发出土辅助方案。分体始发辅助皮带机系统主要由盾构机皮带机、电瓶车皮带机、横通道皮带机组成。螺旋机将土舱内渣土排出到盾构机皮带机,由盾构机皮带转运至电瓶车皮带机,再到横通道皮带机,最后从始发井将渣土运出。出渣过程中电瓶车皮带机根据掘进里程,调整电瓶车位置及皮带机转向,保证电瓶车皮带机准确有效的将渣土转运90°到达横通道皮带机,顺利地完成渣土的排出。解决了管片运输通道和出渣矛盾问题,有效提高施工进度,降低了施工成本。
Since the shield construction site is located in a busy urban area with dense buildings around it,the civil structures required for the departure of the shield machine cannot be constructed in accordance with the requirements for normal departure.In order to ensure the smooth departure of the shield machine and the normal tunneling,the split departure scheme of shield machine was adjusted to achieve the optimization in the limit departure conditions.Combined with the shield construction between the Niujie Station and the Financial Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 19,the auxiliary plan of transfering excavated soil with split departure of the shield machine was formulated in advance according to the construction site and the civil structure.Auxiliary belt conveyor system of split departure composes belt conveyers of tunneling machine,battery car and cross passage.Muck in the chamber is discharged by screw conveyor to belt conveyer of tunneling machine,and then transfered to belt conveyer of battery car,and belt conveyer of cross passage,subsequently.At last,muckis transfered out from departure shaft.In the process of muck discharging,the belt conveyer of battery car adjusts the position of the battery car and the steering of the belt machine according to the tunneling mileage,so as to ensure that the battery car belt machine can accurately and effectively transfer the muck 90°to the horizontal channel belt machine,and successfully complete the discharge of muck.The contradiction between segment transportation corridor and muck transformation is solved.The method improves the construction progress and reduces construction cost effectively.
