摘要
如何将BIM技术深度应用于桥梁施工,是当前桥梁领域BIM技术研究与应用的关注重点。以广清城际北延项目为例,在正确选择好支架方案的前提下,采用RBCCE+Revit联合应用技术,通过构建项目中15座连续梁桥0号块钢管支架的力学信息模型及相应的三维信息模型,系统、协同、高效地实现了连续梁0号块钢管支架的方案设计、力学计算、三维模型构建、施工详图绘制及可视化技术交底等过程,有利于连续梁0号块支架设计的简单化、标准化及对连续梁施工安全及成本的有效控制。可为BIM技术在桥梁临时支架施工技术中的应用提供有益的参考和经验。
How to deeply apply Building Information Modelling(BIM)technology to bridge construction is the focus of current research and application of BIM technology in bridge field.Taking Guangqing Inter-City North Extension Project as an example,on the premise of correctly selecting the bracket scheme,the combined application technology of RBCCE+Revit was adopted to construct the mechanical information model and the corresponding three-dimensional(3D)information model of the steel tube brackets of No.0 block of fifteen continuous beam bridges in the project.The process of scheme design,mechanical calculation,3D model construction,construction detail drawing and visual technical disclosure of continuous beam is realized systematically,synergistically and efficiently,which is conducive to the simplification and standardization of the steel tube bracket design of continuous beam No.0 block and effective control of construction safety and cost.This study can provide useful reference and experience for the application of BIM technology in temporary bridge bracket construction technology.
