以新冠疫情期间我国妨害传染病防治犯罪案件的法院裁判文书为实证研究样本,对我国妨害传染病防治犯罪案件具体概况进行分析,运用统计学分析方法对影响其自由刑相关因素进行探讨,在此基础上指出我国妨害传染病防治犯罪案件在司法实践中的特点及需要改进的问题。

We found many verdicts about the crimes that hinder the prevention and control of infectious diseases during COVID-19 as empirical research subjects, analyzed the specific situation of them and probed into the related factors affecting the free punishment of the crime that hinder the prevention and control of infectious diseases by the statistical analysis method.On this basis, it pointed out the characteristics and the need to improve in the judicial practice.
