新时代医学生法治教育探究与可行路径

Exploration and Feasible Path of Legal Education for Medical Students in the New Era

加强医学生法治教育是坚持习近平法治思想的有力举措,对于增强其未来职业能力、防范和化解医疗纠纷,进而构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。当前医学生法治素养教育存在诸多问题,不能适应社会发展的需要。应将法治课程作为医学院校学生的必修课,纳入我国的医学教育体系,建立良好的医学法律师资队伍,紧密结合医疗纠纷案例进行医学法治教育,进一步加强与法律素质相关的人文素质教育。

Strengthening the legal education of medical students is a powerful measure to adhere to Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,which is of great significance for enhancing their future professional ability,preventing and resolving medical disputes,and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.At present,there are many problems in the legal literacy education of medical students,which can not meet the needs of social development.We should take the legal course as the compulsory course for medical students,bring it into the medical education system of our country,establish a good team of medical law teacher,carry out medical legal education closely combined with medical dispute cases,and further strengthen the humanistic quality education related to legal quality.
