提升学生管理工作法治水平服务普通高等学校思政建设

普通高等学校是意识形态工作的前沿阵地。提升学生管理法治水平,是普通高等学校培养学生树立正确价值观、推进依法治校、服务思政工作的必然要求。在学生管理工作中,普通高等学校存在法治意识薄弱、校内规范不够完善、法治机构仍有缺位、法治教育与思政课程缺乏融入等问题。为提升学生管理工作法治水平、服务普通高等学校思政工作,普通高等学校应增强师生法治意识、健全学生管理规范、完善法治机构职能、将法治教育融入思政课程体系、利用新媒体加强法治宣传。

Universities are the frontier positions of ideological work.It is necessary to improve the legal level of student management.This is helpful for universities to cultivate students’correct values,promote universities administration according to law,and serve the ideological and political work.In the management of students,there are some problems,including the weak awareness of the rule of law,imperfect norms in the universities,the absence of the rule of law institutions,the integration of the rule of law education and ideological and political courses.In order to improve the level of the rule of law in student management and better serve the ideological and political work,universities should enhance the awareness of the rule of law among teachers and students,perfect the norms of student management,perfect the function of the institution of the rule of law,integrate the education of the rule of law into the ideological and political curriculum system,and use new media to strengthen the publicity of the rule of law.
