老年人艾滋病预防保护动机问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development and validation of HIV/AIDS prevention and protection motivation questionnaire for the elderly

目的编制适用于老年人的艾滋病预防保护动机问卷,并测量其信效度。方法以保护动机理论为基础,根据《艾滋病防治宣传教育核心信息》内容,通过文献研究,老年人半结构式访谈法形成问卷条目池;邀请8名专家进行条目修订,并进行内容效度评价。对27名老年人进行两次保护动机问卷的测试,计算重测信度组内相关系数(ICC)。抽取四川省泸州市4个社区的老年人群进行现场调查,分析结构效度和内部一致性信度。结果最终问卷共7个维度,26个条目,总问卷的内容效度为0.900,各条目的内容效度为0.875~1.000。重测信度为0.749,各因子的共同解释变异量均大于55%,问卷总Cronbach’s a系数为0.711,各维度Cronbach’s a系数为0.738~0.886。结论老年人艾滋病预防保护动机问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于老年人艾滋病预防保护动机的评估及艾滋病相关行为的分析和预测。

Objective To develop an HIV/AIDS prevention and protection motivation questionnaire for the elderly and test its reliability and validity.Methods Semi-structured interview for the elderly was used to form the questionnaire item pool based on the theory of protection motivation,the content of"The Core Information of AIDS Prevention and Control Publicity and Education",and literature research.8 experts were invited to revise the items and evaluate the validity of the content.27 elderly people were tested twice with the Conservation Motivation Questionnaire to calculate the intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)of the retest reliability.The elderly population in 4 communities in Luzhou City,Sichuan Province was selected to test the structure validity and internal consistency reliability through field survey.Results The final questionnaire consisted of 26 items in 7 dimensions.The content validity of the total questionnaire was0.900,and the content validity of each item ranged from 0.875 to 1.000.The retest reliability was 0.749.The cumulative variance contribution rate of each factor was greater than 55%.The overall Cronbach’s a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.711 and the Cronbach’s a coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.738 to 0.886.Conclusions The AIDS prevention and protection motivation questionnaire of the elderly has good reliability and validity which can be used to evaluate the motivation of AIDS prevention and protection and to analyze and predict AIDS related behaviors of the elderly.
