中青年HIV感染男男性行为者抑郁现状及其影响因素的研究进展

Depression and its related factors of young-middle men who have sex with men with HIV infections

MSM是我国艾滋病防治的重点人群之一。感染HIV的MSM因其同时面临着HIV感染和性向的双重压力,更易产生心理问题,其中抑郁是最为常见的症状之一,尤其是中青年阶段。因此,本文旨在对中青年HIV感染MSM的抑郁现状及影响因素进行总结,以期为相关部门预防中青年HIV感染男男性行为者抑郁的发生提供一定参考。

Men who have sex with men(MSM) are one of the key populations for HIV prevention and control in China. HIV-infected MSM patients are more likely to have psychological problems because they face the pressure of HIV infection and sexual orientation. Depression is one of the most common symptoms, especially in young and middle-aged stages. Therefore, this paper reviewed depression and its related factors of young-middle MSM with HIV infections so that relevant departments can take some measurements to prevent the occurrence of depression in young-middle MSM with HIV infections.
