Study on the Wearing Resistance of BOPPCigarette Film

研究了条包烟膜的刮损机理,以及不同抗粘剂、热封材料对耐磨性能的影响。研究结果表明:选择粒径分布均匀、外观圆润的4um抗粘剂和邵氏硬度较高、维卡软化点和熔点较高的三元共聚聚丙烯这两种材料,可以明显改善条包烟膜的耐磨性能。

The scratching mechanism of strip cigarette film was studied.And the effects of different anti-blocking additive and heat seal materials on wearing resistance were studied.The results show that:the wearing resistance of strip cigarette film can be obviously improved by selecting 4um anti-blocking additive with uniform particle size distribution,round appearance and ternary copolymerized polypropylene with higher Shore hardness or Vika softening and melting point.
